Our goal is to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery process from the time of purchase to the customer's actual use of the product. This policy covers all digital products offered on our platform, guaranteeing that each item is delivered in a way that maintains the integrity and value promised to our customers.


Order Processing and Delivery Time

Since our products are digital, the order processing time is immediate. After completing your purchase, you will gain access to your product within 10 minutes. However, products that require manual processing may take a few days, and we will inform you of the expected delivery time in such cases.

Please note that server downtime, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in the delivery of digital products. We will notify you of any delays and provide an estimated delivery time in these instances.


Delivery Method

Direct Account Integration: For products that require integration with users’ gaming accounts, we provide a straightforward process where the digital product will be automatically added to your account upon completion of the transaction.

Activation Codes: Some products have unique activation codes that allow you to unlock or access the purchased digital content. Instructions for using these codes will be provided.

In-Game Mechanisms: Delivery of various digital items that do not confer an unfair advantage but enhance the gaming experience will occur within the game environment.

Skin Purchases Policy

At Ascent, we uphold the principles outlined in Bohemia Interactive's Monetization Policy, ensuring that all skins offered are purely cosmetic and do not influence gameplay mechanics in any manner nor give an advantage to any player or group. Any purchased skin will be available to all players for this reason. Ascent will only skin in-game models, and we have been granted permission to monetize from the model owner.

We value transparency and wish to inform our customers that while we strive to maintain a consistent offering of skins, situations may arise where skins need to be temporarily removed or altered. This could be due to server requirements or other operational necessities.

By purchasing skins from Ascent, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of changes to the availability or appearance of skins. Your understanding and agreement to these terms are appreciated.


Order Cancellation, Refunds, and Dispute Resolution

Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled. We do not entertain requests for cancellation of orders once they have been placed due to the digital nature of our products.

Refunds: Our platform does not offer refunds for digital products purchased. All sales are final, and we do not consider refund requests except where required by law.

Method of Resolution: In case of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to this Fulfillment Policy or any breach thereof, both parties shall make every effort to settle such disputes. To this end, they should consult and negotiate in good faith, recognizing their mutual interests, and attempt to reach a fair and equitable solution satisfactory to both. Suppose a resolution is not reached within 60 days. In that case, either party may notify the other, and disputes will be finally resolved by arbitration administered in the Netherlands according to its rules.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Applicable Law: This Fulfillment Policy and any separate agreements under which we provide services shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the United States of America. By using our services, you agree that the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Fulfillment Policy and any disputes that may arise.
